Shri Ram College of Commerce is one of the leading institutions associated with the University of Delhi. The college was established 80 years back and over the years has imparted quality education in the areas of commerce and economics. In 1999, the college started a Post Graduate Program in Global Business Operations. The introduction of this course was very timely and over the last couple of years, this course has contributed very significantly to the development of human resources for the corporate world. The college is encouraging students to actively seek placements through their own efforts. Given the excellent academic achievements of the students and all the training they have received, I hope that the industry would show great enthusiasm in providing the students employment opportunities that commensurate with their abilities and training. I also hope that the students of the course will emerge as leaders of tomorrow and serve both the society at large as well as their institution.

Message from the Principal
The GBO Program offered by Shri Ram College of Commerce since 1999 is a specialized course dedicated to the study of international business. The course is meant to enhance the potentialities of management professionals to work both within and across national boundaries, cultural and organisational structures.

SRCC's eight-decade-rich legacy of business and economics studies provides its pedagogic expertise, infrastructure and academic resources to create the right ambience for the GBO program. While our college boasts of an excellent faculty, an eminent panel of visiting faculty supplements the special requirements of the course. Theory and practice sessions are further sharpened by actual industry exposure as an essential ingredient of the course. As a part of industry interaction, the college organizes the annual National Colloquium, where leaders of Indian industry, academia, and government deliberate on contemporary issues related to business, finance and industry. Round the year, special lectures, seminars as well as workshops are organised so as to maximize students' exposure to global business scenario, and provide a platform to interact with some of the best minds in the country. In this regard, the illustrious SRCC alumni are important contributors by providing insights into a range of business environments.
